Why is my order still processing？
Generally, we will process your orders well within 3-5 days. An email will be send once shipped out.
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, all packages need to go through strict quality control and disinfection process before shipment to ensure customers’ safety, which may cause a slight shipping delay. Also, parcel volume was overloaded now, it will need 8-10 business days for delivery after orders being shipped out.
Standard Shipping is still available. And it will not effect your purchasing, we still take orders. We will keep following up on logistics company and update you for any news. Order processing can be tracked via ” My orders “.

Can I change/modify my shipping address/sizes?
About shipping address changing:
1. For unshipped orders, you can click edit shipping address via “My orders“.
2. For shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed anymore.
About size changing:
1. For unpaid orders, you need to cancel the order in “My orders” and place a new one with the size you want.
2. For paid but unshipped orders, you can contact our customer service for size changing.
3. For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. Laday recommends you to do return for size changing after you receive the parcel.
